Thank you for shopping with Daksh Gold. We aim to provide you with premium quality gold jewelry and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Refund Policy for Products

Eligibility for Return: Our products are made with the highest standards of quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and invoices intact.

Non-Refundable Products: Customized or personalized jewelry, or any items that have been altered or modified upon your request, are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days (usually 7-14 days depending on your payment provider).

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refund Policy for Services

Eligibility for Refund: Services such as gold exchange or jewelry customization are non-refundable once the service has been completed or the order has been processed. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the service to discuss possible resolutions or adjustments.

Service Fees: Any service fees incurred during the process (e.g., customization charges or consultation fees) are non-refundable, unless a clear mistake has been made on our part.

3. How to Return a Product or Request a Refund To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at sales@dakshgold.in within 7 days of receiving your product or service.

Provide your order number, details of the product/service you wish to return or request a refund for, and the reason for return or refund.

If your return is approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back.

4. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are only allowed within 7 days of purchase and the product must be in its original, unused condition. If the return item is approved it will be redelivered within 7 days .

5. Damaged or Defective Products If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately, and we will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for such claims.
